Cancellation and Refund
Unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not possible for any orders placed on SwachBeeFarms. We can help with an exchange or return only if the honey jar(s) are damaged in shipping, leaking, tampered, expired, or a wrong item was delivered, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Customers will need to bear the return shipping and a restocking fee up to ₹300 depending on the order (waived if the error is on our side).
Return and Exchange Policy
At SwachBeeFarms, we aim to provide the best possible shopping experience. Here is our Return and Exchange policy:
1) Initiating an Exchange/Return
If you wish to initiate an exchange or return, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team at swachbeefarms@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We value your satisfaction, and our team is here to assist you.
2) Quality Check and Approval
In adherence to our food-grade hygiene standards, all items submitted for exchange/return will undergo a thorough quality check by our team. Requests will be approved or declined based on the condition of the product and eligibility under this policy.
3) Conditions for Acceptance
Please note that we reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if any of the below apply:

The seal is broken, the jar is opened/used, or product has been consumed.

The product is damaged due to customer handling or not in its original packaging.

The request is outside the stipulated timelines (see sections 1 and “Cancellation and Refund”).
Note: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened honey jars under any circumstance.
4) Shipping Instructions
Once your exchange/return is confirmed, please ship the item(s) and share the tracking ID on the same email thread to swachbeefarms@gmail.com.
Include your Order ID, contact number, and a brief reason for return. We recommend using a reputable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
5) Processing Time
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7–10 business days.
6) Defective or Wrong Product
If you have received a defective, leaking, tampered, or wrong product, please email clear photos/videos to swachbeefarms@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours to assist with the exchange process.
7) Exchange Limitations
Exchanges can be done only once per order and are limited to the same product or an available variant (e.g., weight/pack size). Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
8) Store Credit
Store credit issued for approved returns/exchanges is valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. You can use this credit to make a future purchase on SwachBeeFarms.
9) Return Refunds
For eligible returns, the refunded amount will be credited back to you in the form of store credit.
