All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as supply issues or high order volume), we will inform you promptly via email or phone.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹999, depending on the delivery location.

Any additional charges for remote areas or special delivery zones will be communicated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track your package through the courier partner’s website or our Order Tracking page on www.swachbeefarms.com.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make two delivery attempts.

If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may contact you or schedule a reattempt.

If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Leaking Packages
We take utmost care while packaging our honey jars to prevent leakage or breakage. However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or tampered package, please:

Take photos or videos of the package immediately.

Email them to swachbeefarms@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review and assist you with an exchange or store credit as per our Refund Policy.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at checkout.
SwachBeeFarms will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. International Shipping
Currently, SwachBeeFarms ships only within India.
We are working to make international shipping available soon for our global customers.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver on time, certain factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays may affect timelines.
